Is there a required minimum memory for openSUSE 64 bits installation ? I am trying to install openSUSE in VirtualBox, but with 128 MB of RAM the installation fails.
on 64 bits I don't know, but on 32, 256 is a bare minimum.
on virtual, better give 512 and reduce after jdd
I wonder if there is a way to start the installation using the minimum of resources. Installing an embedded Linux works on 128MB or less, so why not the same for a major Linux distribution. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
