That's just lame! Why bother to install an empty directory?
The package is installed, and contains nothing? If someone installs the package, it doesn't make sense to not install the contents of the package.
The total contents of the package: /usr/share/doc/manual /usr/share/doc/manual/opensuse-manual_en-pdf /usr/share/doc/manual/opensuse-manual_en-pdf/LICENSE.txt
The 11.0 package contains: /usr/share/doc/manual /usr/share/doc/manual/opensuse-manual_en-pdf /usr/share/doc/manual/opensuse-manual_en-pdf/APPARMOR-admin_en.pdf /usr/share/doc/manual/opensuse-manual_en-pdf/opensuse-gnomequick_en.pdf /usr/share/doc/manual/opensuse-manual_en-pdf/opensuse-kdequick_en.pdf /usr/share/doc/manual/opensuse-manual_en-pdf/opensuse-reference_en.pdf /usr/share/doc/manual/opensuse-manual_en-pdf/opensuse-startup_en.pdf I haven't checked 11.2.
What's the point of installing an empty package?
None.
That just seems really broken.
