[opensuse] Folder view widget moving always to the center of the screen

I have installed KDE4.3.1 on openSUSE 11.1 and I use Folder view widget to display several shortcuts. I have placed this widget to the top left of my screen, however when starting my PC the widget is always placed at the center of the screen. I have checked that the widgets are locked.
