This may seem simple but by googleing and looking on 11.1 installed
laptop im a little confused. what i want to do is simply run a
tftpserver on my laptop and easily configure them i have downloaded
some rpms (even a one made yast2 have a tftp option), but couldnt
found a running process which seems to be releated with tftp server.

Here is the output of 'zypper se tftp':
S | Name | Summary | Type
i | tftp | Trivial File Transfer Protocol (TFTP) | package
i | yast2-tftp-server | YaST2 - TFTP Server Configuration | package

If you cannot find these two packages, try to search with the web interface
for openSUSE
