[opensuse] cannot open config file '/usr/etc/ksysguarddrc'

Hi all, I've just noticed this line cannot open config file '/usr/etc/ksysguarddrc' occurring several times (an even 200 right now) in /var/log/messages. It seems to have started around Apr 21.
