Hello knowledgeable people
I am still using OpenSuSE 10.2 for work, and I never bothered about seeing videos on DVDs until I made a mistake ordering a book and got a DVD instead. I tried to watch the thing : Kaffeine would not work and I could not find the nessary codecs for Xine. I had a litle more success with VLC after downloading and installing the w32 codec pack. I can see the pictures but I have no sound I think I am missing another rpm called libdvdcss. I tried to find it on the videolan repository, but it appears There are only versions for 10.3 - 11.1 and 11.2 Does any of you know where I could find this "old" thing ? Thanks. -- Paul Ollion Proud Linux user SuSE 10.2
Hi
I have got "libdvdread-4.1.3.tar.bz2" that contains libdvdcss if you want to find a way of getting it to you it is 96899 bytes long.
it should mail over a PM ..
Thanks, Peter I wondered a while, trying to guess what PM could be; from post-master to pope-martyr and post-mortem, but If that was personnal-message you meant, I would be very grateful if you could mail it to me .
