In the case of user that has no additional computers, that is catch 22. Not good.
Disagree. The instructions are to abort your upgrade and boot back in to the non-upgraded OS. Once you do that you can access a wiki entry. So the only issue is that it requires Internet access to read the wiki. Even if the machine being upgraded is not on the Internet, I think it is reasonable to expect that a person has Internet access in some way.
