That's to be expected, as you can not change the permissions on windows
filesystems, they are fixed by mount options.

You can't change them as there is no place on ntfs where you can write them.
The error report can be ignored, or diminish by keeping default fmask and
dmask that are in sync with default umask of openSUSE.

The other way is to use advice:
http://ntfs-3g.org/support.html#unprivileged
