If you have a look at
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/KDE4:/Factory:/Desktop/openSUSE_11.1/i586/
you will see that there is a 0.43 version, so if you want KDE 4.2 and use the
Factory repo, this should not be an opensuse issue. Maybe your mirror did not
update properly.

I assume that with the latest KDE 4.1.196 update, a number have noticed,
once again, "1,000 and 1" dependency issues?! I didn't dare try to
resolve them or ignore them.
