Would anyone be able to help me figure out why this isn't working?

Thanks,
Mark

Check your plugins, it should be a shockwave flash there.
Or try check if libflashplayer.so is there on /usr/lib/browser-plugins/

On firefox, here is what is there:
File name: libflashplayer.so
Shockwave Flash 10.0 r12
MIME Type
Description
Suffixes
Enabled
application/x-shockwave-flash
Shockwave Flash
swf
Yes
application/futuresplash
FutureSplash
Player
spl
Yes

In /usr/lib/browser-plugins it shows libflashplayer.so is installed.

HTH
