Opensuses first canon printer, Please show me the way to install suse at this home.
Did plugging it into USB port, or connecting via Parallel Port, not result in a YaST popup asking if you'ld like to install it? http://www.linuxfoundation.org/en/OpenPrinting Has a database of supported printers, many canon ones are in it.
