This is probably the reason for the trouble: I suspect the overlong domainkey signature is wrongly broken down by Gmail, leading to an empty line that is normally the limiter between the header fields of the mail and the body part of the mail. Please check if the body part contains headerfields that shouldn't be there, especially the "From:", "To:" and "Subject:" headers. -- Sandy List replies only please!
