HI all
I've got a real strange issue on opensuse 11.0 that has just started this weekend, i've had this operating fine for years.. kmail and opera can log into my ISP's POP servers fine (to prove it, I gave wrong passwords and the logins were rejected) but always comes back saying there are no new messages even though i can check via webmail that messages do exist in those accounts. My time is displayed is displayed correctly on the desktop (we've just gone back one hour). If i use windows outlook express and opera on windows, it download emails fine. Both machines are behind the same router. The emails also appear on my blackberry ok. I've tried this using 2 logins on opensuse, one KDE3.5.10 and one KDE4 (from factory) but using Kontact/KDE3 on both logins and the result is the same.
Anyone have any ideas where i can look for help?
I think this will be an issue with your provider. Try an account with a different provider and the same sofware you are using. - -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R.
