If it's the only form in which some necessary information exists, especially if it's the kind of information that is best used in printed form, then you'll be faced with wanting to print HTML documents.
Okay, in that sense, you're best off copying the form to a document such as OOo Write and then formatting/printing from there.

I *have* done that a few times.
I usually deal with suboptimal HTML printing by just putting up with the resulting crap...
