You haven't defined any swap space it seems.

Swap space is space reserved on your hard drive for the machine to use for paging out of memory. It is defined in the partition manager as a FILESYSTEM TYPE which is named swap. If you have chosen this you will never be allowed to choose a mount point for it since by definition there isn't one, the box for mount point will also be greyed out.

My advice would be to delete your current swap partition (/swap) and recreate a new correct swap partition.
