Somebody needs to get this straightened out. I've ordered the boxed set every single time since 5.3 ten years ago, and never had to wait this long. Maybe I should stop ordering it and stick with the download...

So they have started either a new distro (aka Suse from Scratch), or are they now asking you for all your hardware specs, so it can be built to order?
ROTFL at that explanation Have to agree with you, they sure do not answer emails.
