If you get any messages on stderr, then the locale is not supported.
Yeah, it's a bit of a hack, and I'm worried how portable that would be (I'm trying to keep this a Unix benchmark, not just Linux), but that may be the best plan. So, UnixBench 5.2 will set LANG, and do its best to report the setting. Any other feature requests while I'm at it?
