Than you have MS True Type fonts installed, and the EULA was about them. I removed zen related stuff and use opensuse updater that just tells me that there are updates, and if I say Install than it starts YOU (YaST Online Update). It shows only real, oldfashioned security and bugfix updates. There is no newer versions of programs, like in zenupdater that usually come from additional repositories like Packman and Guru that produce newer package versions on regular basis and one has to deselect quite a few before update.
