The 9631 nvidia driver cannot use it. Using the 9746 driver, still no opensuse rpms for it, works, but xgl does not recognize the card.

I have an EVGA 7600GT and it works fine with 10.2 and the Nvidia 9631 driver. I haven't tried 9746 since all is working well:
