Forget all that stuff -- I just remembered that Yast2 hasn't ever given a list of the actual files in a package that I recall. Yast 1 did that, but it joined the dodo and the dinosaur quite awhile ago.
I don't know about Yast1 or Yast2's history as I am knew to suse. If it existed in previous versions.... hope somone over here knows why it was taken out of current versions.
If the RPM is not available (actually downloaded into your machine, though not necessarily installed) then the file list is not available. So, getting a list of the files in an RPM would require first downloading all RPMS. Nit an efficient solution. I would suggest looking at places like http://rpm.pbone.net It will let you find RPMs, many of which you will see are the ones you are interested in. The nice thing is that this site will also list the files in the RPMs. Not as direct, but it can get you where you want.
