Great resource. Unfortunately, some of the information is over my head or assume facts that I don't know. The create kernel and initrd for installation is where I am getting stuck. Since I am going to be using the same version for host and guest, is there a simpler way to create the kernal and initrd then downloading them or getting them from the DVD that was used to install the host OS?
