This list is for technical discussions about SuSE linux. As far as no SuSE linux will be available without the community support, I can not say that such a topics are OT for here. It's really technical in some meaning. If Novell employees consider that this is the place to post their responces, and to post announcement about their CIO's open letter, I do not see a reason someone else to police the place.
