Which demonstrates that it is a bad thing for ISPs to use black lists. I'm lucky and happy that my ISP doesn't.
BUT rbl's are a *good* thing if you exclude sorbs. I drop from 300-800 spams/day via rbl's locally. And afaik, my isp (roadrunner) does not utilize rbl's.
