Normally I don't have any problems playing embedded videos... using Firefox (1.5.0.7) and the latest MPlayer (plus the w32codecs and mplayerplugin). Recently I've noticed that MPlayer isn't able to pickup and play the embedded video anymore. Case in point.... https://www.jumptv.com/en/channel/kbc/ I'd like to check out what's on offer and watch KBC in Linux. In my setup, this doesn't work. I'm sure if "can" work if I can figure out what's wroing with my MPlayer setup.
But... as a first step, is anyone able to play the sample video on this site?
Yes. No problems here. FF 1.5.07 and 2.0 work fine on 10.0. I'm not sure what version of MPlayer I have. According to YaST, I have the player 1.0pre8-8.pm.svn20060811 (whatever the heck that means) and the plugin version 3.25-0.pm.7 (again whatever numbering that is). -- kai www.perfectreign.com || www.4thedadz.com a turn signal is a statement, not a request --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
