yep... I also notice the same delays...
First I thought was "the new mailing-list manager is not performing so well..."... but because I'm busy with the live-cd/usb thinggy I didn't pay much attention... in fact, delays are there.

It passes through Relay1.suse.de at 16:05:15 +0100, but it reaches the
outside world at 16:54:31 +0100. It started this morning with seven
minutes delay and is increasing.
And it is not my ISP, I observe the same at gmail, and on two lists at
least.
