Hello I have been seeing this subject fly around but I have not seen any concrete answers. I have tried power management trick along with a few others. Has anyone got a sure fire fix for this problem yet or is it just a plain ol bug we need to wait for a fix for thanks. -- LostSon
If you're talking about the screensaver basically disappearing (no longer starting after the set allowed time), it's due to a bug in the latest official kdebase3 package (kdebase3-3.5.1-69.15). If you downgrade to kdebase3-3.5.1-69, the package delivered with 10.1 initially, your screen saver will start working again. I filed a bug report on this yesterday.
