Hi: According to Linuxprint.org this printer should work perfectly: http://linuxprinting.org/show_printer.cgi?recnum=Ricoh-Aficio_CL7200 However, on Suse 9.1 with CUPS (most recent update with YOU), I have tried using the PPD file from LinuxPrint.org, as well as the Win2k PPD file from the Ricoh CD. These drivers hang the printer on most jobs, but print text ok. Some graphics print if set to convert to PS level 2, but other images still hang the printer. Also tried Suse's PCL5 (gimp-print), which works but only B/W (don't know about 11x17 or duplexing yet, but no color is the showstopper). PCL6 just hangs the printer. PCL5c also seems to hang. Any tips? Thanks. -- Good day! ________________________________________ Christopher R.
