Hello,
I want to write a little bash script that moves into a dir' then executes a command from within that dir'
I am trying, for example;
exec cd /opt/location/ \; exec filename \;
Don't use exec for the cd command. cd isn't an external command, it's a bash builtin. Also, you don't have to end every line with a ; #!/bin/bash cd /opt/location exec filename should work -- Certified: Yes. Certifiable: of course! jabber ID: anders@rydsbo.net
