Hello SuSE gurus
Trying to install an src.rpm that won't build for me. I can install it and then try to build it with the SPEC file, or I can try to rebuild it from the original, Tried it as both a normal user and as root. all of those methods end up with the same error. What is the /usr/lib thing tacked on to the end? I am running 64 bit. Should that be /lib64?? Anyway, Here are the last few lines of the attempted build:
+ cd /var/tmp/libdvdread-0.9.4-2.pm.1/usr/lib /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.67301: line 26: cd: /var/tmp/libdvdread-0.9.4-2.pm.1/usr/lib: No such file or directory error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.67301 (%install)
Refetch the source RPM and build it again. You'll find that version, 0.9.4-149, builds properly on 64bit systems.
