Thanks for that. Sadly, I don't have any of Gnome installed. Is there any way without having to install more software?

You should have a file in your home directory called .gtk_qt_engine_rc. At the end of it, drop in: style "user-font" { font_name="Sans Serif 12" } widget_class "*" style "user-font" It works here. It might well just work with only the line: gtk-font-name="Sans Serif 12". You can change Sans Serif 12 to what you prefer. You will need to repeat the process every time you change your KDE theme stuff, though, as it will overwrite this file from the KDE control center. :) Fish
