It is - the opensuse lists are for the alpha/beta versions and discussions about the openSUSE project. Questions about stable releases (such as 10.0) should go to the suse-*@suse.com lists. Oh, it's better to send one mail _per problem_. However, I will give you some hints to possible solutions ;-)
I've installed Open Suse in my laptop, a Fujistu-Siemens 3438.
This means suse-laptop@suse.com would be the right list for you ;-)
I've already tried several sound configurations and still don't get any sound.
AC97 soundchip? If so, please search bugzilla for ac97 (search in comments).
I'm also fighting with the X windows configuration, since it doesn't reckognise my X-WGA resolution.
Run sax2 -r and choose the wanted resolution.
And I've also found a bug in the Apache configuration. If no network is enabled, it's impossible to configure it.
Even if you tell it to run on 127.0.0.1? (BTW: This question should go to suse-linux*@suse.com - replace * by the language you prefer.) Regards, Christian Boltz --
