Yep, they're not cheap. Alternatively, http://www.thomas-krenn.com/ makes some excellent servers too. They might not ship to Asia, I dont know.
Since I assume the drives will be the same size and you will be installing on one drive just do a "cat /dev/sda > /dev/sdb". Copies the whole drive. the RAID way is too many steps.
