My bad! Sorry... my twitchy 'delete' key finger strikes again...
Used, from CLI, #yast -i to install pgadmin3-1.2.2-1.st2.i586.rpm, however...
YaST couldn't "sort" it out because the package isn't available in 9.2
Trying to get the latest pgadmin3 installed on Suse 9.2, but Yast isn't sorting out the dependencies as hoped for.
YaST does an extremely good job of "sorting out" dependencies, as it demonstrated by forcing you to look at 9.3 :-)
From your post, above, it is included in 9.3. If I install it on 9.2 do you expect there to be any issues?
It wouldn't surprise me at all, given it's security related. I'd be inclined to experiment a little, but your situation sounds like it might be different. Sorry, but I just don't have an answer off the top of my head. I'm curious now to see what others might have to say... regards, - Carl
