MB replaced, can boot, but can't load OS (Suse 9.3)

Hello, Replaced a bad motherboard on a server and now partitions aren't found as Linux loads; Waiting for device /dev/hda2 to appear:... resume device /dev/hda2 not found (ignoring) Waiting for device /dev/root to appear:... not found -- exiting to /bin/sh $ There isn't much I can do from here. Can anyone point me in the right direction to recover from this mess? This a mail server. (Ouch!) Many thanks, James
