OpenOffice.org makes them ready to go. Download the file from their site and unpack it and you'll see the file it created. Within THAT file you'll see a file labeled RPMS. All the rpms you'll need are there and there is an extra folder to pick out the menu rpm for SuSE.
- Just add the directory in which the RPMs are to the installation sources in YaST and you should see them listed as blue (update available) entries in YaST software management.
I tried this but YaST told me that the directory "did not refresh" and, although it put the directory in as a source, would not actually read from it and use it.
