As a FYI, I had one version shipped from the SuSE store in California some time back. It was shipped by FedEX and I had to pay Duty and GST. Camelot doesn't have that problem. You should be paying GST etc., no matter which way it comes. Either you pay it directly or as part of the price to Camelot. How does the bottom line cost compare?
Cheaper to order from Camelot, there's no duty to pay the GST on top of. If they actually hit the stores in a decent amount of time, I'd pick one up in a bookstore over in the US and get it even cheaper.
If there's duty on the package, then Camelot or their supplier will pay it, when it enters the country. At Camelot it would be included in their price, not a separate item. The question remains, what is the total cost from Camelot vs importing it from the U.S. I bought 9.3 via Camelot and their price was much higher than the U.S. price, even after exchange. They also weren't able to ship, for several weeks after it shipped in the U.S..
