I am not familiar with ktorrent but with the command line client you could just place the images into a directory called "iso" and place the torrent file into the directory that contains the "iso" directory as well. Finally just start "btdownloadcurses SUSE-10.0-CD-OSS-i386-RC1.torrent" from the very same directory.
The same method works with Azureus. Create the "iso" directory, copy the image files into it and start the torrent. Azureus will then check the images and, as long as the md5sums are correct, it will move the torrent from the download queue to the seeding queue.
