Hm, torrents can give very good performance. Perhaps people aren't enabling
upload in their clients?! BitTorrent can punish you severely in the bandwidth
you get if you don't upload anything and just download

One way would be to simply switch off the full ISO downloads and force people
to use the torrents, along with a strongly worded note on enabling upload
