Netinstall: Forcing a NIC to 10 MBit speed

Hi all! I'm trying to do a netinstall of OpenSuse 10 Beta 3. Unfortunately my DSL-Router refuses to autonegotiate with my 100 MBit NIC (RTL8139). The only way to get a connection is by fixing the NIC to 10 MBit speed. But how to do that? During installation there's an option to give some parameters to my NIC, but which one? Simply the ifconfig param "media 10BaseT/UTP"? BTW: When choosing a mirror I have to specify an IP adress and a directory. Is it "<mirror>/distribution/SL-10-OSS-Beta3"? If not, which one is it? Any help appreciated
