What exactly is the problem? deltas is how it installs things. It's normal to see a lot of "applying delta" lines, it's not a sign of an error
I think the problem was that I did not see any progress with the update in the percentage of the patch process. It just repeated applying delta again and again and that was something new and unexpected.
