I'll find out in a few days, but I'd like to know now while my observations are still fresh in my mind. Is this working on 9.3? The susehelp setup on my box is clearly broken in many ways. I'd like to file a bug report and investigate further if this has not already been addressed.

Running correctly on my 9.3 stock install.
Are you using the KDE Help Center widget, or a web browser, or both to view your help? Is there a /var/cache/susehelp/suselinux-adminguide.en.words.db on your box? What does your /var/cache/susehelp/suselinuxadminguideen.conf look like? Mine looks like this:
My reply was in regard to Steven's post about "The sushelp setup". When I click on the SuSE Help Center icon on the taskbar the help center displays and works correctly. Regarding the KDE Control Center help I get a message that no quick help is available but I am able to click on the "Click here to read the general Control Center manual." and bring up the SuSE Help Center.
I believe we are talking about the same thing. The SuSE Help Center is implemented using the KDE Help Center. Mine actually says KDE Help Center in the frame title. Unfortunately, it also prompts me to build the search index, and then gives me a broken widget to try with. What happens if you go to http://localhost/susehelp/ with a web browser? -- Regards, Steven
