Hello the Net: I have a start up problem with Suse 9.2 on my Intel D865Perll MB, 2.4 Ghz HT cpu, with 1 Gb ram. booting hangs after about 100 lines of progress. message reads: Kernel panic -not synching: VFS: unable to mount root FS on unknown-block(3,7) What should this mean to me ? bad ram, (passes MemTest fine) bad hard drive Maxtor 60 Gb IDE ( passes MAXTOR performance tests) bad motherboard (IDE controller) (bios is set to enhanced, sata + ata devices) bad CPU Thanks, Stan on Cape Cod zzzzzz
