Hi all, basically I installed SUSE 9.2 and created an encrypted home partition. Since then the Partition table has become utterly trashed, and I have tried accessing the partition using Suse Live CDs (9.2) but they dont boot, just give me some error about being unable to read the LBA table and each little yte of the screwed up partition table but I am 99% sure that the /home partition exists. How can I stop SUSE automatically trying to mount everything it sees, whether it is installed or a live CD/DVD. When I install Suse 9.2 it works ok TILL IT PROMPTS A REBOOT AT THE end then the stuff with the LBA comes up and I despair. In Puppy Linux/ Aurox/ Games Knoppix I can access data on other partitions but I need access to my /home.
