Hello Suse experts, I am trying to compile netapplet for my wireless connection on my Suse Personal 9.1. I have found and installed all (I think) necessary devel rpms either from source or from rpmfind.net. (I know this sounds like I am cheap but I am just a poor student and also a Linux newbie). I am getting the following error and for the life of me I am unable to tell what the solution could be. Package libart-2.0 was not found in the pkg-config search path. Perhaps you should add the directory containing `libart-2.0.pc' to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable I have the following libs installed which I think are the ones necessary. libart_lgpl-devel-2.3.16-84 libart_lgpl-2.3.16-84 I have tried to do the following with little success. ./configure --includedir=/usr/lib/pkgconfig/ my libart-2.0.pc is in /usr/lib/pkgconfig. Any help/comments/suggestions that anyone can provide would be most appreciated. If I missing a library please let me know which one. My Google, Suse etc search has proved unuseful in solving this problem. Thanks Ganesh
