I downloaded the tarball from the mozilla web site for FF 1.0 and I tried to install it. It installed ok, the dir I installed it to is /home/username/bin, but when I try to start FF it fails to start and complains about no display. Itried it also from Run screen in KDE and it failed to start. Thanks for any pointers on how to get FF 1.0 running in SUSE 9.1

Here's one better for you............here is the URL to get Firefox 1.0 rpm for SuSE 9.1 ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/mozilla/firefox/1.0/9.1-i386/
How come this wasn't added to YOU? Seems a bit odd I guess. And what about the translations file in the same dir, is that needed as well?
