Okay, I realize "buying" music downloads is a novel concept, but follow me. My wife uses AOL (I'm digging deeper, I know) and they have a MusicNet service. The problem is that MusicNet seems to download to a proprietary dbf file. So you can burn the songs to CD or (supposedly) move them to a player. I don't know why they can't be saved normally, but apparently they cannot. I want to burn her downloads to CD on my Linux box. This not only satisfies her music jones, but it also saves my hardware from Dr. Evil...er....Gates! Is anyone using a music service? Anyone have any ideas? I know this isn't SuSE specific, sorry.
