You can let the initrd (initial ramdisk) copy its contents over to /initrd to have a look at it afterwards for debugging or whatever. As you dont have the folder /initrd this fails.
But does it matter? It's hard for non-experts to tell whether these messages are important, especially when they have exclamation marks after them (normally a sign of something significant).
