I have just noticed an unusual problem with the shift key on 9.1 that I've never experienced in other releases. If I hold the shift key down for more than 4-5 seconds, I hear a short beep. Often, for example, when I'm also moving the mouse to highlight some text in a Konsole window running pine, the keyboard becomes useless. Pressing any in any window just produces more beeps and no response or output in the window. The mouse continues to work normally, but I must logout of KDE to restore the keyboard to normal. Has anyone seen this behavior?
