I assume you updated KDE to 3.3, by adding the FTP site as Yast source. When I did this I had the same problem...
What I Did wrong (I think) was to select too many packages out of the KDE 3.3 directory instead of just accepting the default selected.
I only added 1, but that may have caused the problem.
Everything else seems to be fine. It crashes with a "signal 11, SIGSEGV" error. 'Hope there's a fix for this! Konq. as browser AND file manager crashes.
What I did contained a FUBAR, so I'll propose something slightly diferent in the hopes you'll miss the foobar...
