Some people use 'parted' (available on the knoppix cd) or PQMagic 8+ to do the job. If you use the latter, you may want to delete your swap file, first --using the proper method from the My Computer | Properties area, defrag your drive using anything besides 'Doze defrag, then you will doubtless have a good resize. I used Norton's Speed Disk for the defrag since it truly defrags --including free space-- unlike 'Doze defrag utility.
Others may have more suggestions. That's the beauty of this forum. ;-)
HTH...
Uhhhh, I looked at knoppix. I have dialup. It's over 700MB. Is there another solution??
